Order Cancellation Policy

Post-placement of any order, the cancellation request can be processed only if the product is still in the warehouse/workshop. Once an order is confirmed and product is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed on any product range. ODISHA ORGANIC may, at its sole discretion, allow for an exception. Kindly refer to our Product Return Policy also. In such cases, the customer will bear two-way shipping charges. Please note that for cancellation related to part-payment orders, no refund will be made; the advance amount paid by the customer will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

Kindly cite the receipt reference number for a faster tracing of your request. It is best for the customers to contact us at the earliest for any cancellation request but not later than 24 hours after the payment has been made.

ODISHA ORGANIC is committed to honouring the time span for delivery of products as specified in the terms and conditions of the sale; and will make all possible efforts to deliver the product within the specified timelines. However, any such dispatch or delivery timeline provided under the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, supply chain disruption; pandemic, Government orders/ notification, riot, any natural disasters or acts of God or other similar acts beyond the control of ODISHA ORGANIC; ODISHA ORGANIC shall not be held liable for any delay arising out of such occurrences. Our team shall keep you informed in case there is any such delay.

Every attempt shall be made to ship all products at the same time in case of orders containing multiple products subject to availability and manufacture of these products within the specified timeline.

We would like to bring to your notice that mere acceptance of your order or receipt of an electronic or any other form of confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it attest to confirmation of ODISHA ORGANIC’s offer to sell the products.

ODISHA ORGANIC reserves the right, at any point of time, after receipt of a customer's order to accept or decline the order for any reason; and/or to supply less than the quantity ordered by the customer of any item. The remaining products shall be shipped as and when they are ready for shipment.
