Product Return Policy

ODISHA ORGANIC team will make every attempt to ensure that the product shipped to your home is free from any damage(s). A customer who wants to return any product (subject to an investigation by our customer care team) can do so in the following cases only :
  1. The product received at your end is in a damaged condition.
  2. The product received at your end differs from the product that you had ordered.
Procedure for Returning The Goods
Please do note to email us at: odishaorganicbbs@gmail.com with a clear image of the damaged portion marked in the photographs within 24 hours of receiving the product. This is a mandatory requirement for processing any return of goods.
ODISHA ORGANIC shall make arrangements for an investigation by our customer care team and in case of genuine complaints, the damaged product shall be replaced at the earliest, subject to availability of the same in our warehouse/factory.
The product returned should be in an unused condition and with the original packaging intact.
.If at the time of picking up the damaged product, our logistics team finds any irregularities of packaging, they are within their rights to refuse the pickup of the same.
ODISHA ORGANIC will then arrange for a pickup of the product only after getting it packed suitably; the charges for which shall be debited to the customer account.
